Jennifer Langton

Former Senior Vice President of Player Health and Innovation at the National Football League (NFL) 

Jennifer Langton served as the Senior Vice President of Player Health and Innovation at the National Football League (NFL), where she oversaw the league's Innovation and Engineering portfolio. Leveraging technology, analytics, and insights, Jennifer and her team focused on developing advancements that enhanced the health and safety of NFL players and the sport itself, with the goal of making a lasting impact beyond the realm of athletics.

Before her role at the NFL, Jennifer was the Chief Financial Officer for North America at Atari, the interactive entertainment company. She earned her MBA from NYU Stern and her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia, where she was also recognized as an All-American athlete on the Women's Lacrosse team. In 2020, she was honored on National Girls and Women in Sports Day as the UVA Women's Lacrosse student-athlete who was "Breaking Down Barriers" both on and off the field. Most recently, Jennifer was appointed to the board of UVA's School of Data Science.
